Attendee Registration Information

 

You must be logged into an FAC member account to receive member pricing! Log in will occur on the actual registration form by clicking the button "Sign In With MC Trade". This is the same log in information used for the FAC website. DO NOT log into this event website for member pricing on attendee registrations as the platforms are not linked.

Trouble logging in? Start by resetting your password or reach out to admin@floridaairports.org if you need a log in created for another staff member. You may register another employee from your organization with your log in credentials but you can only submit one form per log in. Your username will be your business email. Non-members can register without logging in.​

Exhibitors/sponsors must use a separate form included in their confirmation email for their complimentary registrations only. This attendee form is for all other (non-comp, non-additional booth personnel) registrations.

Early bird pricing is available for applicable registration passes through May 15, 2026. Pre-registration is highly encouraged as on-site registration will incur additional fees and is not guaranteed to be available if the conference is at capacity.

Those wishing to register at the student rate must contact the FAC office at info@floridaairports.org with proof of full time aviation industry program enrollment in order to receive access to that registration option. Honorary Lifetime Members must also contact the FAC office for registration.

Member/Non-Member Full Conference - This registration option includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Monday Night Host Event, Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event.

Florida State/Federal Employee Full Conference - This registration option includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Monday Night Host Event, Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event.

Honorary Lifetime Member - This registration option is available for FAC’s Honorary Lifetime Members. Includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Monday Night Host Event, and Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event.

Student - This registration option includes all Conference sessions and scheduled meals, Sunday Evening Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Monday Night Host Event, Tuesday Corporate Committee Networking Event. All students must present a valid student ID and proof of full time aviation program enrollment.
 
One Day - This registration option is available for those who wish to attend the conference for one day only. Attendees may purchase a single, one day registration. Those wishing to attend the Conference multiple days must purchase a Full Conference Registration.
 
Guest Registration - This program is open to guests of full-registrants only. Guest refers to a family member, friend, or significant other; not a business associate or staff colleague affiliated with the aviation industry. Guest may not be employed by an airport or airport-related company. Registration includes access to all events included in the Full Conference registration. Looking for child registration? Please contact kmccauley@floridaairports.org.

Monday Night Event Only - This ticket is open to guests of full-registrants only. Monday Night Event Only ticket holder must be a family member, friend, or significant other; not a business associate or staff colleague affiliated with the aviation industry. Ticket holder may not be employed by an airport or airport-related company.

Payment, Substitution and Cancellation Policies​

Payment
Payment may be made by major credit cards, ACH (preferred), or check. Invoice/Pay Later options are available. Payment must be received prior to onsite arrival; badges will not print without payment, which must then be collected onsite.

Cancellations and substitutions
All requests must be submitted in writing to kmccauley@floridaairports.org. Registrations cannot be split among attendees or days. Substitutions within the same company are allowed at any time without penalty. Cancellation requests received by Friday, June 26, 2026 incur a $150 processing fee; no refunds after this date. If the conference is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond FAC’s control, registrants will be notified of any applicable refund policy. Additional expenses are the responsibility of the registrant.
