Important Note on Company Contacts

Since this is our first year using this registration platform, by default only the previous registration contact and/or the main membership contact for your organization will be set up with access to your company and thus the ability to log-in and register. If you are not our previous event contact on your company's record, you may create an account & join the company but will be placed in a pending status and unable to register until your status is approved by FAC staff. While this will be checked regularly, please contact Kristyn at kmccauley@floridaairports.org if you are in this status and need approval.

Is your company new to this show or participating in FAC activities?  Welcome!  Please email Kristyn McCauley at kmccauley@floridaairports.org to get your company added to our list, from there you will be able to reserve a booth or sponsorship. Please note: Exhibitors must be relevant to the airport industry and align with the mission of the Florida Airports Council. FAC will deny exhibitor requests from companies that do not meet these qualifications.

We want to make our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors aware of ongoing spam activity related to our upcoming conference.

Several unauthorized third parties are reaching out claiming to sell attendee lists with contact information or offering hotel booking services for the event.

Please be advised:

  • FAC does NOT sell attendee lists or contact information.
  • FAC does NOT work with outside hotel booking agencies.

These messages are spam and should not be engaged with.

If you receive any suspicious emails, calls, or messages regarding attendee lists, hotel reservations, or conference services, please delete them and do not provide any personal or payment information.

When in doubt, contact FAC directly.  If something doesn't sound right, it probably isn't!
