2026 Host Hotel Information

We are excited to welcome our attendees to the brand new Omni Fort Lauderdale!

Perfectly positioned along the Intracoastal Waterway, Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel, located at 1850 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33316, offers a rare blend of waterfront serenity and urban accessibility. Guests at our hotel will enjoy sweeping views of passing yachts, glimmering canals, and, from higher floors, the shimmering Atlantic Ocean beyond. Just moments from Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and two major airports, the hotel places travelers at the heart of South Florida’s most dynamic coastal corridor—where the city skyline meets the sea. 

Group Rate Information
Run of House rooms are available at $264/night + tax. Parking at the hotel is valet only, current rates are $47 for day parking, and $60 overnight.

Important Hotel Booking Information

Please note: The booking link for the host hotel will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email.

To ensure that registered attendees have a fair opportunity to secure accommodations at the host hotel:

• Hotel booking reports will be monitored weekly.
• Anyone who has reserved a room but has not registered for the conference will be contacted.
• If registration is not completed within one week of contact, the hotel reservation will be removed from the room block.

This policy has been instituted due to past issues with room availability and is designed to prioritize accommodations for confirmed conference participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the best possible experience for all attendees.

Hotel Duplicate Reservations
Attendees should ensure that only a single hotel reservation is made under the name registered for the conference. FAC considers multiple hotel reservations made under the same name within the group block for the conference dates as ‘duplicate reservations’. Duplicate reservations that remain unassigned within two weeks of the original booking are subject to cancellation with or without prior notice. This measure is designed to promote clarity and fairness for all attendees seeking accommodations.

**Please be aware that FAC does not utilize third party hotel booking companies nor do we sell attendee lists. If a company reaches out you trying to sell a room in the FAC group block or an attendee list, it is a scam. DO NOT RESPOND.
