What We Do
Diversified Aviation helps airports turn aviation demand into revenue-producing facilities. We partner with Airport Directors, authorities, and municipalities to develop GA hangars, MRO facilities, FBO infrastructure, flight school facilities, and other aviation-related real estate. Whether acting as a full development partner or hired developer, we help airports plan, finance, build, lease, and operate practical facilities that create long-term value for the airport and the aviation community.
Across Florida, airports are experiencing increased demand for modern aviation facilities. Aircraft owners need secure and functional hangar space, maintenance operators need purpose-built MRO facilities, flight schools need room to grow, and FBOs need infrastructure that supports today’s aviation users.
